Northeast Cuisine
Northeast Cuisine is dedicated to the expansion and proliferation of Seasonal-Local food in the Northeast US. In our current era of global supply chains we enjoy unprecedented access to foods from around the world. That cosmopolitanism has shaped our media and culture to expect all ingredients, at all times, regardless of classic constraints of climate, geography, cost...or dare we say flavor and quality?
This project builds modern web tools for Seasonal-Local recipe creation, permaculture design, integrated supply chains, and food business.
